The Foxes are resigned to losing Mahrez, and are ready to battle Everton and Tottenham to sign Iceland international Sigurdsson, who is valued at around £30 million.
ARDA AGREES ARSENAL TRANSFER
Turkey international midfielder Arda Turan has agreed to join Arsenal from Barcelona, according to
El Desmarque .
Despite Turan's willingness to move to the Premier League club, the two sides are still negotiating over the transfer fee with Barcelona holding out for £26 million (€30m) for the 30-year-old.
MONACO REJECT CITY'S MENDY BID
Monaco have rejected an offer from Manchester City for defender Benjamin Mendy, reports the
Sunday Telegraph .
Pep Guardiola's side have already secured the services of Bernardo Silva from the Ligue 1 champions, but will be required to spend more to sign a second player from Monaco.
City's initial bid has been turned down with Monaco seeking £40 million for the 20-year-old.
ZLATAN'S MAN UTD CAREER OVER
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has played his last game for Manchester United, according to the
